In Summer of 2025, I had the privilege of interning at the legendary Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, and I learned so many vital lessons in design and life. A huge thank you to my supervisor, Jonathan Hoffman, for taking a chance on me as his first intern and for the invaluable mentorship.
My main project this summer was transforming the brand guide into a website for staff & vendors to access and update. This involved me doing extensive research on where it would live, ways to condense and streamline information into a web format, and implementing it all into WordPress. This project challenged my way of thinking, reframing my perspective on design to align with a software developer’s mindset. Thank you to Scott Lucas, the Full Stack Web Developer, for your guidance through this technical learning curve.

We focused on enhancing the user experience (UX), interface (UI), and interaction design, while Erika rebuilt the application from the ground up with CSS. I gained crucial insight into the back-end perspective of the process. On top of these core projects, I was able to create mock-ups for donor initiatives, internal signage, and merchandise design, giving me a well-rounded view of a museum's creative needs.
