Graphic Design Intern
Jan-July 2024
While at Kent State, I had the opportunity to work as a crew member for the Design Innovation Initiative, a creative makerspace for innovation and interdisciplinary collaboration. I got to help peers work on various projects, managing and teaching machinery such as laser cutters, 3d printers, and vinyl cutters. I was later promoted to the initiative’s Graphic Designer, where I gained experience in designing different print media, three-dimensional interactive spaces, and photography.
professor at Kent State. I created a visual for an immersive 270 degree exhibit themed on Carnival in Rio.
This project challenged me as a designer with the format and
figuring out a way to make it visually appealing and while
working with a time constraint.
